Wherever you may be in the farm fields of the DPRK, you will be deeply impressed by a heartfelt noble emotion – the mind of ardent loyalty of the agricultural workers, who are willing to support with their high grain production the leadership of the respected Comrade
Their happy faces remind us of an impressive story which was written by a preferential measure of love taken by the respected General Secretary, who always takes such a special care of the agricultural production of the country.

"State support for the countryside should be stepped up."
In the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea held in December, 2021, he took a preferential measure, as part of important measures to build up the economic foundations of the farms, to release the farms from their large amount of state loans that they had not repaid to the state.
When they heard the news that he took the preferential measure of love to provide the rural community with favourable financial and material conditions although the state could make a heavy loss, all agricultural workers came into great excitement. However, the news made some agricultural workers feel regret. They were none other than the officials and workers of the farms that had already redeemed the loan.
It was the respected General Secretary
One day in Jan, 2022, he, who sat together with some officials, said that the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea had taken the preferential measure to release the farms from their large amount of state loans that they had not repaid to the state, and affectionately said that the money, which some farms had repaid several days before the measure, should be returned.
Thanks to the great and deep affection of the respected General Secretary, who read the innermost heart of the farmers, Sinjang Farm and other hundreds of farms all over the country witnessed the surprising reality that they were returned the state loans they had repaid.
Therefore, these farms could make provisions for such agricultural materials as herbicide, pesticide, vinyl sheets, diesel fuel and tractor spare parts with the money they were returned by the preferential measure the respected General Secretary had taken, laying reliable economic foundations of improving their farming.
Such legend-like measures of affection taken by the respected General Secretary to boost up the agricultural production of the country brought about fervent passion of the farming workers to live up to his affection and benevolence with their loyalty, leading to the highly-increased production of grain.
All the farmers over the country, with the story of ardent love permitted in the measure in their mind, as those standing at the outposts of the country's agricultural front, made their resolution of faith to contribute to the overall development of socialism by solving the food problems of the country without any condition.
