The immortal feats of the President are the greatest ones that could not match all the exploits of the prominent great men in the modern history of humankind as he led not only the arduous and fresh Korean revolution but also the development of the revolutionary movement of the world people and the accomplishment of the human cause of independence along the road of victory and glory.
In the annals of his imperishable external activities recorded in the history of mankind beyond the scope of a country and a nation and deeply cherished in the minds of all people, there are also brilliant exploits he performed in unsparing support and illuminating the road to be followed by the parties of the revolutionary countries of the world.
At a time when the political upheaval of the "end of socialism" was sweeping the world political arena, delegations of many countries and personages from all walks of life came to Pyongyang to meet and receive instructions from the President

Looking back on the past, the President told our officials that they should sincerely help the African countries achieve complete political and economic independence and step up their building of a new society on their own initiative even though our country was in difficulties with tightened belts. Indeed, they were deeply moved by the noble personality of the President who fully understood the agony of the countries building a new society and aspiring after independence, gave clear answers to their questions and helped them as much as possible without any self-interest. Therefore they sincerely expressed their thanks that they couldn't do to their friends.
Listening to the story of the head of the delegation, the President nodded his head and said that if the revolution and construction were to be carried out successfully, the Party should be strengthened first.
