The most distinguished exploits achieved by Chairman Kim Jong Il in the building of the Workers'Party of Korea

On the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers'Party of Korea the Korean people extend warm greetings to Chairman Kim Jong Il who achieved the distinguished exploits in the history of the building of the Workers' Party of Korea and they are making a strenuous effort to add lustre to his immortal exploits in the Party building.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"General Kim Jong Il developed our Party into a revolutionary party in which the leaders' ideological and leadership systems are firmly established, into a motherly party which has formed a harmonious whole with the masses of the people and serves them, and into an invincible party with iron discipline and fighting efficiency, and he demonstrated the dignity and might of Kim Il Sung's Korea to the whole world; these constitute his most distinguished achievements, and they should be brilliantly etched in the annals of our Party."

Chairman Kim Jong Il achieved the most distinguished exploits of building our Party into the party of the leader for the first time in the history of the Party building.

He defined making the Party into the party of the leader as a main way of building a Party, as an ultimate object of defending its revolutionary nature and enhancing the Party's militant power, and energetically led it.

He identified the idea that the main point in building a Party into the one of the leader is to establish a monolithic ideological system and unified leadership system firmly throughout the Party and then he consistently led the work to realize it.

Under his seasoned leadership the WPK has invariably defended the revolutionary nature as the leader's party to be an integral whole which is ideologically pure and highly organized and which shares the leader's ideology and acts as one under the leader's leadership, and has developed into the organization that guides our people to all victories, into the guiding force of the Korean revolution.

Chairman Kim Jong Il achieved the distinguished exploits of developing the WPK into the motherly party that serves the people, forming an integral whole with them.

To develop our Party into a motherly party that serves the people was his revolutionary creed kept in his heart in the whole period of leading the Party work.

He identified the idea that the Party should become the motherly party that enjoys the absolute support and trust of people by forming a harmonious whole with them and serving the people faithfully as a mother would dedicate herself to her children, and wisely led the work to realize it.

Chairman paid great concern in the work of the Party so that it should be a mother who bestows all her love and affection on people, shares sweets and bitters with them and protects them to the last by definitely turning the Party work into the one with the people and successfully applying the principles of the revolutionary comradeship and moral obligation to the Party activities.

Thanks to his revolutionary idea of building the Party into the motherly party and his seasoned leadership the WPK could steadily continue the history of benevolent politics that is based on love and trust, and the Party and people could be cemented by the blood relationship so that the mass foundation of the Party could be as firm as a rock that no force would ever break.

Chairman also achieved the prominent exploits of developing the WPK into the militant party with the iron discipline.

He led the work of establishing the iron discipline in the Party to the work of rallying the people closely behind the Party organizationally, ideologically and morally, and enforcing the revolutionary system and order of implementing the Party policies with any conditions unattached.

Under his wise leadership the WPK has developed into the revolutionary party which is faithful to the leader's idea and leadership, into the militant Party in which the revolutionary discipline and order have been thoroughly established.
