Then he gladly said that it would be liked by adults and children. After that, he made sure that a multi-part feature film "The Nation and Destiny" would be made with that song and he guided the production work of the film.

When the film was produced, he said that the variously-reverberating theme song "Pyongyang Is Best" was an excellent piece of music, which was plain and facile but meaningful and emotional and which was rich in national tone but suited to the aesthetic tastes of modern style. He continued that it intensively expressed the core and theme idea of the film.
