The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

On April 15, 2025, an inauguration ceremony of 10 000 flats at the third stage in the Hwasong area took place with splendour in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, another spectacular appearance symbolic of new heyday of Pyongyang construction and efflorescence of Pyongyang culture.

The people were very happy to greet the auspicious event of moving into an ideal street where modern skyscrapers and high-rise apartment houses embodying an ideal harmony of architectural formative and artistic beauty and advanced civilization and distinctive commercial and public catering facilities with a strong symbolic character were built majestically as another new large architectural group.

The venue of the ceremony full of excitement and joy of the citizens recorded an impressive story touching the hearts of all people. The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un attended the ceremony and met the ordinary working people and the elderly who would soon move into new flats and sent them warm blessings.
