We should ensure that our children and students use things of our own making and everything needed for educating the rising generation should be provided even at state expense, he said, adding that this has an important bearing on implanting the spirit of patriotism in the people from their childhood.

He continued that bearing deep in mind the Party's intentions, officials should devote much effort and work in a responsible way to improve the quality of school bags, they should make these bags as the children's and students' mothers would do, and it is a unanimous wish of parents to give their children best-quality bags. He emphasized that it is also the Party's intention that all the bags should be made with the love of mothers.

Having solved in detail all the problems arising in bag production ranging from the supply of materials for bags production, and the creation of bag designs to the construction of bag factories in every province, he personally visited the production site and earnestly instructed the workers to make good-quality bags, reading the unanimous minds of all parents, who want their children to have nothing to envy in the world. Looking at the officials, who were choked with strong emotions, he said that as most of the factory employees were honoured disabled soldiers, good living and working conditions should be provided, stressing that the honoured disabled soldiers should be given preferential treatment in society so that they can devote their warm feeling for the rising generation in a worthwhile way as they had done in the days of military service to defend the country.
