Baton of Revolution in Patriotism as well

Thanks to the wise leadership, passionate love and solicitude, all children in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are steadily growing into pillars for the revolutionary cause of Juche with noble spirits of patriotism.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"Patriotism is the noble spirit of valuing every tree in the country and devoting one's sweat and sincerity to tending it, and one's patriotic feeling develops while he plants and tends every single tree."

At present, every moment of which is glorified with feats from solemn struggles for a new victory in the building of a socialist power, Koreans look back on one of the impressing stories charged with emotions about planting trees with students at Mangyongdae Revolutionary School implanting noble spirits in their minds to let them inherit the baton of revolution in patriotism as well.

On March 2 2017, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the school with saplings of decent species to plant them with the students.

This day 70 years ago was March 2 1946-the remarkable day when President Kim Il Sung climbed Moran Hill in Pyongyang to present a far-reaching plan to cover all the mountains of the country in thick forests despite his busy schedule for leading the building of a new country.

On the very meaningful day, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made the first shovel saying that He was going to plant junipers (Sabina chinensis var. Horizontalis Nak) around the bronze statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in the school with students.

The first shovel of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un during his restless spot-guidance was the demonstration of his intention to sow the precious seed of noble patriotism in spirits of the students and the people.

Having carefully taught the students widths and depths of pits for saplings, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un watched them cheerfully dig for a while with satisfaction before He told the personnel that the revolutionary baton needs to be relayed in patriotism as well and that what brought him there that day was to make sure the students of the school take over patriotism as successors of the revolutionary cause, which was a fairly meaningful remark.

He continued saying that it is required to let the students fully aware of affection for the mountains and rivers of the country and ownership of this whole property through tree planting and earnestly mentioned that their patriotism is certain to grow as much as the trees do.

The tree personally planted by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on that memorable day of his sacred course for the building of a socialist power forever tells the new generations as a criterion for patriotism how to love and uphold their motherland.
