On the road of executing the five year plan presented by the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, many meritorious persons of socialist patriotism and labour innovators were produced, and many young people volunteered to work at in all the difficult and labour-intensive sectors called by the Party, including posts of national defence, farms, mines and schools in remote mountains and islands.
