Revolution is just the faith

 2021.10.8.

The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il said as follows.

"People with a firm faith are sure to be victorious in the revolution."

Revolution is just the faith. This meaningful formulation was given by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un while looking at the slogan written on the barked tree "Keep the revolutionary faith to the death!" at the revolutionary battle site of Mt. Matu.

It was January 22, 2014, when the intense cold was severe.

At the beginning of the new year, he had a lot of places to visit and state affairs to deal with, but the respected General Secretary visited the revolutionary battle site of Mt. Matu.

The revolutionary battle site of Mt. Matu, whose name was derived from the shape of a mountain looking similar to the head of a horse was one of the important secret camps in the area of Anju, which were established under wise instructions of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung during the anti-Japanese armed struggle. It was the important base where the revolutionary headquarters were planned to be situated during the final offensive operation.

It was an unshakable decision of the respected General Secretary to safeguard to the eternity and develop the revolutionary tradition of Mt. Paektu and to complete the Korean revolution. Therefore, during the whole period of visiting the revolutionary battle site, the eyes of the respected General Secretary blazed with the pride and self-confidence of the glorious revolutionary tradition of the Korean revolution and his willingness to continue the rigorous revolutionary road opened up by the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il to the end.

On that day, the respected General Secretary ascended to the peak of mountain despite the slippery icy slopes in order to look around the slogan-bearing trees preserved outside after visiting the preservation and education room of slogans written on barked trees.

The slogan written on a barked tree "Keep the revolutionary faith to the death!", reflecting the revolutionary faith of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters to support and follow only the commander to the end was preserved at the entrance to the revolutionary battle site like a guard and a gatepost defending the base of Mt. Matu.

Exposing himself to the cold wind, the respected General Secretary went up to the site. He stood in front of the slogan written on barked tree and read the characters one by one, vividly remaining after being wet by rain and snow for more than half a century.

Afterwards, he said resonantly to all the surrounding mountains that the slogan written on the barked tree "Keep the revolutionary faith to the death!" is the excellent one reflecting the moral world of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters to carry out the revolution to the end along with the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, and gave the meaningful definition that revolution is just the faith.

Revolution is just the faith!

In retrospect, our revolution can be said to have been successful by dint of the revolutionary faith and the great leaders were incarnations of the strongest faith.

The brilliant victories achieved during the anti-Japanese armed struggle, the construction of new homeland, the Fatherland Liberation War and the socialist construction were all the miracles of history worked by the audacious self-confidence, the unshakable belief in the victory and the strong will embodied by the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung.

With the invincible faith and boldness that no one can defeat those who are ready to risk their lives, the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il opened up the thorny road of Songun, singing to himself that he would go on his way with a hope, even though no one may understand him, and unfolded the new history of prosperity on our fatherland.

In front of the slogan, the respected General Secretary, silent for a while probably with a thought of the great General, said impressively that our country could become a dignified socialist power today thanks to the great General who unyieldingly went the road of Songun with his unshakable revolutionary faith. He emphasized that the great General was indeed a great revolutionary endowed with strong revolutionary faith.

That day the respected General Secretary had a meaningful memorial picture taken with the slogan "Keep the revolutionary faith to the death!" as a background, saying that he could not just leave without taking a picture taken in front of that excellent slogan.

The historical field guidance of the respected General Secretary to the revolutionary battle site of Mt. Matu was the one of faith demonstrating his unshakable will to complete the Juche revolutionary cause to the end with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu.
