Study on the manufacture of Actinomyces fertilizer and its effectiveness in cultivating the crops

It's important to manufacture the '3118' Actinomyces fertilizer in quality and apply it in a scientific and technic manners in increasing the yield of crops and improving the soil fertilizer.

The '3118' actinomyces strain Streptomyces noursei, used in manufacturing the actinomyces fertilizer has the ability for synthesising the plant growth promoter as Auxin and Cytogynyn and the antibiotics of series of Nistatin and secreting them and enhancing the humid acid and the content of dissolving nutritive element.

We had a conclusion that we could produce the '3118' actinomyces fertilizer easily by ourselves by using the humos which is rich in D.P.R.K. through the test for crop cultivation.


Condition and method

- The research was conducted by the accurate and production methods and the indoor analysis was conducted in the agro-microbiological laboratory and comprehensive laboratory of Kye Ung Sang agricultural college of Kim Il Sung university.

- The rate of mixture by production substrate for the manufacture actinomyces fertilizer is as follows.

∘ Humos 94%, rice bran 3%, Calcium hydroxide 2%

∘ Quantity of inoculating the main strain 0.2%

And the manufactured goods cultivated for 7days in the culture room with humidity of 70% and temperature of 20~30℃,

The ferment compost of actinomyces was made by the method of inoculating the actinomyces fertilizer made of '3118' actinomyces strain with the various kinds of organic manure production raw materials and fermenting it.

And the actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer was made by the method of inoculating the actinomyces fertilizer with the humos compost Hukposan fertilizer and fermenting it for 10~15days at 20~25℃.


Result

1.Production of actinomyces fertilizer and manuring method

- Production process is as follows

The prostrain magnification culture is conducted by making use of the starch-nitrate culture media at the culture temperature of 28~30℃ and culture days are 5~7days.

All the components are mixed evenly and water is added so that the moisture of 65~70% may be provided and then they are sterilized in the sterilizing over for 1.5 ~ 2 hours and make them cool by 34 ~ 40 ℃ at the temperature of substrate.

And the prostrain magnificent culture fungus(test tube fungus) given by 1 tube per kg of substrate for the production of main strain should be mixed evenly and for the actinomyces fertilizer, the main strain of 3~5kg per a ton of substrate should be mixed evenly.

After that, they should be cultivated at 28~30℃ for 5~7days.

When the white-grey actinomyces is covered on the surface of the main strain and actinomyces fertilizer, it should be dried and packed in the moisture of 15~20%.

As above, the quality test is conducted by the chemical, biological and visual analysis methods.


- When '3118'is manured to the paddy and field as the additional fertilizer, it should be manured by 10~15days ahead of the time for manuring the chemical fertilizer.

- '3118'can be manured in company with the microbiological fertilizers as nitrogen fixation fungus fertilizer, phosphorus decomposition fungus fertilizer.

The '3118'actinomyces fertilizer strengthens the root development of maize and has a good influence on the nutition absorption(Table 5).


2. How to produce and use the actinomyces ferment compost by '3118' actinomyces strain.

The production process of 1 ton of the actinomyces ferment compost.

① Mix the fertile soil 500kg, calcium hydroxide 10kg(or Sangwon lime potash 20kg) with the actinomyces fertilizer 5~10kg.

② The excrement or liquid fertilizer 100~150kg should be mixed evenly with the organic manure raw materials 500kg and then the heap should be made qith what mentioned above.

③ The condition of 28~35℃ in the heap temperature,70~75% in humidity, 7~8 in acidity(pH) should be made well and airing condition should be well made.

④ After 40~50days the actinomyces ferment compost is made, and has a fragrant soil smell, dark brown colour, and white actinomyces spores are seen.

The agro-chemical property of the actinomyces ferment compost is as Table 6.

When the actinomyces ferment compost is manufactured and used on the production spot by using the common humos snd bio-organics, the effectiveness of organic manure can be improved.

The actinomyces ferment compost can be manured in mixing with the chemical fertilizer, microbiological fertilizer and microbiological ferment compost.


3.How to produce and use the Actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer

The actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer is the organic mineral microbiological compound fertilizer (bio-active compound fertilizer), which can increase the number and activation of the useful microbiological groupe inculuding the actinomyces and bacteria for decomposing the phosphorus and promote the total biological activity of Hukposan fertilizer by the reaction of antibiologics.

The production method is as follows.

The 1ton of corrosive raw materials(humos manure, peat, lignite muck) should be mixed everly with the corrosive activating materials , the promoter for actinomyces ferment 15~20kg and then, the heap of 5t should be formed, and vinyl membrane should be covered.

The ripening days should be taken for 25~30days from spring till autumn and for more than 60days in winter.

The actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer contains more than 1.2 times of total humos content, more than 1.5 times of water soluble humos content, more than 1.3~3times of soluble nutritive content.

And it promotes the nutritive absortion and growth of crops and improves the soil fertility and controls the contagious pathogens in soil and raises the yield of crops.

And also, it can increase the yield of paddy rice by 107~115%, the yield of maize by 115~125%, and the yield of potato and sweet potato by 125~135%.

Conculusion

1. The '3118'actinomyces fertilizer has the spore number of 4~5 billion per gram and the concentration of growth irritant should be 8~10 ppm.

2. The actinomyces fertilizer and actinomyces ferment compost should be manured to paddy-rice, maize, potato and sweet potato in the form of initial and additional fertilizer in the seedbed and field.

3. The actinomyces ferment compost has a high content of humos acid and soluble nutrient element.

4. The actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer contains more than 1.2times of total humos content, more than 1.5times of water soluble humos content, more than 1.3~3times of soluble nutrient element content.

5. When 50~80kg actinomyces fertilizer per ha is applied,the paddy-rice can be increased by 105~112% and and when applying the actinomyces ferment compost and actinomyces Hukposan fertilizer the paddy-rice can be increased by 107~115%, and the maize by 110~125% per ha.
