Recently, in medical field, many valuable research findings such as an ECG automatic diagnosis, analysis of ultrasonic image, analysis of a Roentgenogram, automatic measurement of blood cell, analytical technique of chromosome automatic karyotype and etc, have appeared.
However, these programs have showed phenomena that weren't selected enough indicators from the limitation of the purpose of analysis. Therefore, we have developed the medical image information processing program in order to measure and analyze any medical images completely.
This program was designed and drawn up to analyze the concentration with indicators of size or type such as dimension, perimeter, diameter, minor axis, roughness stability, etc. about structures of different medical images. We have measured size of the chondriosome of the thyroid hormone secretory cell quantitively, following the age of white rat basing on this program. In order to evaluate the function of the thyroidhormone secretory cell in adenohypophsis, the center of an endocrine system, we have measured size of the chondriosome, an organelle quantitively. Chromosome is an organelle that have a big role in life of a cell by change oxidation that came in a cell into energy necessary to metabolism. Therefore, chromosome has great significance in evaluation of function state of a cell and it is an important problem as being an another indicator of analysis of the cause for senescence to explain the change of function of the adenohypophysis thyrotropin secretory cell, the center of the endocrine system by measuring the size of chromosomes of different full growth thyroid hormone secretory cells quantitively.

Senility: Over a half and 2 years - old male white rat.
In order to measure the chromosome size, the electron microscope images were used and that images were typed in the computer by using CCD camera. Then, we measured the size by using the medical image analytic system.
The result of our study shows that we can analyze the structures of various medical images scientifically by using our program.
