On October 13, Juche 102 (2013), concerned that there might be a slight defect in the water park for the people, he visited Munsu Water Park which had been completed to be one of the monumental creations of the Workers' Party era, in spite of his busy schedule of dealing with all affairs of state.
He was looking around different places of Munsu Water Park that day, seeing to it that there were no loose ends left, with his deep affection and devotion before he stopped at the artificial waterfall.
The accompanying officials were beaming with pleasure.
The waterfall, splashing down as it symbolizes the palace of water, was a spectacular view.
The officials were happy with the thought that they had given pleasure to the respected Comrade
Looking at the artificial waterfall, he said that the resounding sound of the waterfall in the paddling pool was too large and the measures should be taken to reduce the noise.
The officials were ashamed at his words that cared with his fatherly affection about the people's discomforts of the noise.

A precious crystal may have a flaw in it, but no flaw is allowed in the work for the people – this is his absolute principle for the people.
That's why he carefully considered the resounding sound of the waterfall and thought that its too loud noise might disturb the people who would enjoy paddling, laughing merrily.
So measures were taken to reduce the noise of the waterfall in the indoor paddling pool.
But there was something more resounding than that.
It was the truth that the officials can become faithful servants of the people when they spend every minute and second thinking about and devoting their all to the people's happiness with ardent enthusiasm and warm heart.
The waterfall in the indoor paddling pool is still whispering that we should hold the people in high esteem and live with the sincere heart to devote ourselves to the people.
