Subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales is frequently caused in some pupils of middle school and interfere with their study and life.
Subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales is frequently caused in them by their bad posture, thus the arrangement disorder of vertebra and muscle tension cause dizziness, headache and lowering study ability.
Therefore it is very important to establish effectic method of manual therapy for subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales.
It is considered that adult cervical spondylosis is caused by degraded change of the cervical vertebrae and surrounding soft tissue.
Subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales whch is caused in some pupils of middle school is similar to symptoms of adult cervical spondylosis, but it is not caused by degraded change, but caused by bad posture,arrangement disorder of vertebra and muscle tension.
There are many reports about cause, symptom and treatment for adult cervical spondylosis, but we have never found any research reports on the incidence and effectic therapeutic method of subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales whch is caused in some pupils of middle school.
We treated 30 cases of subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales in some pupils of middle school who are complaining of headache and dizziness by manual therapy of neck and shoulder once a day,7 times is a treat course.
We observed therapeutic effect by measuring complaining of patient, objective symptoms, test findings of x-ray, Barre Leion sign and press foramina test.
After manual therapy of subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales, the result showed that cured cases were 25 cases (83.3%), better cases were 4 cases (13.3%) , thus the effectic rate was 96.6%.
From the result we found that it was very effective to treat subluxation of cervical articulationes zygapophyseales which was frequently caused in some pupils of the middle school by their bad posture of study and life using manual therapy, it is very economical and valuable in clinic practice.
In future we will research more than ever to treat several cervical diseases using manual therapy and develop more and more national tradition medicine, Koryo medicine.
