Reserching and developing the effective denture cleanser using our country's materials and resources is important to improve oral hygienic condition. And denture cleaning is important to remove halitosis.

We determined the effective concentration to clean denture and investigated the effectivity to remove calculus and debris and stability to denture base materials.
We drawed up the experiment calculation of hours removing debris of type 4 denture according to the concentration of phytic acid liquid and had conclusion that 5 hours concentration is effective to clean denture.
Debris was removed completely in 5 hours in study group, but in control 81.58±2.89%, so it was higher in study group than control.
