The absolute trust of people has enabled the Workers' Party of Korea to lead the Korean revolution vigorously without the slightest vacillation and hesitation in the severe upheavals of history and to bring about an epoch-making change.
Then, where does the whole people's absolute and honest trust in the Workers' Party of Korea come from?
It lies in that the Workers' Party of Korea has made it the supreme principle of its activity to regard the people as supreme and take good care of the people's destiny with a high sense of responsibility and has devoted itself to have people feel the pride and happiness in their worth living.
It has been the principle of activity and the unique attitude for work of the Workers' Party of Korea to serve devotedly the popular masses, go deep among them, share joy and sorrow with them and push ahead with the revolution and construction enlisting their energy and ingenuity. In September Juche109(2020), while visiting reconstruction site of the Unpha county Taechong-ri in North Hwanghae province, the respected General Secretary reminded about some citizens who pulled down their houses during the reconstruction of Rason city several years ago. Saying that officials should accept people's such complaints, he instructed that our people who believe that our Party will build new houses even if they pull down their houses are really thankful and that they would not act like that without the trust in our Party. He instructed that people's trust is the noblest and nothing is fearful only if our Party is trusted by our people.
Today, political parties in capitalist countries put millions of tons of gold into the competition for the assumption of power regarding it as the most precious wealth.
But gold can never buy people's sincere faith.
People's sincere trust, this is the most precious asset, which only the great Workers' Party of Korea can enjoy regarding making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the popular masses as the inherent mode of existence under the banner of the people-first principle.
