Loving code of law reflecting the motherly Party's noble view on the rising generation and future

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"We have nothing to spare for the good of our children who will be the masters of the country in the future."

At the 6th session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK held in early February 2022, the Law of the DPRK on Childcare was adopted.

This is the law which was permeated with the Respected General Secretary's noble view on the rising generation and future.

At the 3rd plenary meeting of the 8th Central Committee of WPK held in June 2022, he earnestly said that there is no more important revolutionary task than bringing up the children, the future of country, in good health, and it is an overriding policy and desire of the Party and state to create the better condition for upbringing of them.

He, also saying that the more difficult, the more whole mind we should put to children, and then by dint of that love, persistently marching forward to the future of communism should be the mode of advance and development of the revolution, established the system of supplying all children of the country with nutritious food including dairy products as the Party's policy and set out the detailed tasks and ways for carrying it out.

Reflecting the childcare policy suggested at the 3rd plenary meeting of the 8th Central Committee of WPK, the Supreme People's Assembly adopted the Law on Childcare.

This law is the only one of its kind in the world.

It formulates that the state should establish the well-organized system of production and supply of nutritious food and of providing all the children with those like dairy products free of charge and in a regular basis, and create the best condition for bringing them up.

There are many children in the world who are very pleased with dairy products, but the scene that all the children in a country are uniformly taking delight in drinking milk supplied by the government payment can be seen only in the DPRK.

There is no country but DPRK that makes it a national duty to supply all the children with nutritious food including dairy products free of charge.

Now WPK is carrying out the gigantic work for a new victory in socialist construction and fund needs more at any time.

There are so many sectors and units on which we should put emphasis and funds, including agriculture that is the major thrust, metal and chemical industries that are two-pillars of the self-reliant economy, light industry that plays an important role in improving the people's standard of living and the defense industry which cannot be neglected even for a moment for the security of the state.

However, the DPRK has given top and absolute priority to the production and supply of dairy products for children among all other important affairs.

The WPK's noble view on the rising generation and its thoroughgoing political creed that the loss suffered by the state for the young generation is not a loss at all, and the more funds for children, the brighter the future of fatherland is, made it possible to bring about the impactive event like adoption of the Law on Childcare at such a hard time.

The great legal declaration and ardent emotions that the Party will readily have any heavy burden for the coming generation still has been touching all people's heartstrings throughout the country.

The Law on Childcare indeed reflects the steadfast will and noble aspiration of the WPK that children are the most precious in the world and nothing is spared for them.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that if children born in this land and the rising generation grow up rapidly in good condition from their childhood, the country will be full of vitality, lively vim and vigor within two or three decades, and then, the power of the DPRK will become stronger.

Two or three decades!

In those years, the innocent children without any concept of law would become adults, and then, they will recollect the loving law that guaranteed their health growth and happy future with deep emotion.

Keeping in mind the provisions of the Law on Childcare, the Korean people are convinced that the happiness of the children blooms day by day and the future of Korea is bright and promising thanks to the respected General Secretary, the greatest and benevolent leader in the world.

Thanks to the grateful motherly Party and the superior socialist system which holds the children, the future of the country, as a precious treasure incomparable to millions of gold, the song "We are the Happiest in the World" will resound throughout the country from generation to generation, and the DPRK will bring about the brilliant advance by virtue of the great love for the rising generations.
