The respected General Secretary has been pouring his heart and soul to realize the desire of providing people and soldiers with more fish to which Chairman Kim Jong Il put his great concern till the last period of his life.

One day in early spring, he visited the construction site of a fishery station and recalled the instruction of the great leaders that they should increase the amount of catch not only on the shores but also at deep seas and develop pelagic fishery. He earnestly told them to carry out instructions of the great leaders by bringing about big catch for the soldiers and the people.

Stressing the necessity of conducting both construction on the ground and at sea, he personally solve all problems arising in the construction project including the supply of building materials to speed up the construction of buildings for fishing and processing.

He was once very much pleased with modern and comprehensive production base for manufacturing various kinds of modern fishing and culture equipment. He went on the spot guidance to the factory straightaway to acquaint himself with its management and operations.

When he visited the Sinpho Distant-Sea Fishery Complex, he said it is the firm determination and will of the Workers' Party of Korea to make the whole country reverberate with the news of big catch and open up a new history of the "Gold seas". Noting that the Complex should stand in the van of the civil fishery complexes in the struggle to create a new history of "Gold seas"and gave precious instructions to reflect.

Pleased to hear that fishermen caught thousands of tons of fish in a few days in August 25 Fishery Station, he visited the complex despite of the cold rain. He made his visit around the large cold storage full of fish and said with a bright smile that such scenery is called "Spectacular scenery of big fish catch" whereas People's Army unfolded the spectacular scenery of bumper harvest of bean.

Indeed, the "Spectacular scenery of big fish catch" is neither because the officials in the fishery sector organized more efficient operations than previous years nor because the conditions for fishing got better than the past.

It is entirely thanks to patriotic devotion of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who was deeply concerned about the units of fishing and worked heart and soul to provide people and soldiers with more fish.

It's none other than his believing in the people as in heaven as which President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il had.
