Loving children is the noblest quality of man.
Throughout the world there are countless stories of love that impress people, but there is no love more pure, beautiful and sacred than the love for children.
Today, children in many countries are dying without ever opening their flower buds and are becoming victims of war, conflict and social evils or degenerating mentally and physically giving up tomorrow's hopes and dreams.
However, the children of the DPR Korea are blooming their talents day by day under the warm care of the respected General Secretary who is carrying forward the noble love of the great leader and the great General who put forward the children as the king of the country and lavish everything on the rising generation.

The legendary tales of love for the rising generations are being brought into full bloom in the DPR Korea where our Party and the state take care of the destiny of the children across the country with full responsibility.
The Pyongyang Baby Home is warmly associated with the legendary story of love on the rising generations of the respected General Secretary who calls the children king of the country and puts forward the work of bringing up the rising generations as the most important affair of our Party and the state.
The respected General Secretary visited the Pyongyang Baby Home in October, Juche 103 (2014).
That day, looking round various places of the baby home where all the elements including bedrooms were neatly furnished with a new palace, the respected General Secretary showed paternal affection and love for the baby home, lest there should be any slight element. The respected General Secretary paused his eyes for a moment in a room.
There was a large table in the room and chairs on either side.
The respected General Secretary kindly asked about the room in a curious tone.
Hearing the reply from the head that it was an interview room, the respected General Secretary said that it was good to make this room as a place for the parents of the triplets and other visitors who came to see their children, and he wore a smile on his face like sunshine again.
Holding our respected General Secretary in high esteem, happy smiles appeared on the officials' faces.
The officials thought that they had given pleasures to the respected General Secretary again and they wore consistent smiles on their faces.
But the respected General Secretary, who had been looking round the room for a while, said it was not good to place the table in the middle of the room and the chairs on the sides where the parents and children met.
At the moment the officials were not aware of the meaning of his words, but were looking at each other.
The respected General Secretary asked the officials humorously if they would let the parents and the children sit at the table like a place of negotiation there.
Only then did the officials realize their mistakes which, after falling apart from each other for a while, were likely to cause the parents and children to have an awkward atmosphere, not a harmonious atmosphere.
After a while, the respected General Secretary looked at the officials and told them that sofas should be placed on both sides of the room so that parents and children could sit close together and talk to each other.
Thus the table in the interview room was removed.
Some days later, in that rearranged interview room, we could see the happiest parents and children who were embracing each other.
Indeed, the respected General Secretary is devoting his all to the rising generations saying that when the children's laughter is high, the whole country will brighten up. Thanks to the deep, great love and benevolence of the respected General Secretary the clear and rosy singing of "We Are the Happiest in the World" sung by our children blessed at the Pyongyang Baby Home which has been turned into amid the paternal love and benevolence of the respected General Secretary will reverberate higher and more dynamically into the blue sky of our country.
