The Party's lines and policies are the idea, plan, intention and all-powerful encyclopedia of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) illuminating the road of the revolution and construction. The policy of the WPK serves as a militant banner and motive force for performing feats as it instills confidence in sure victory and optimism into the Korean people. The line and policy of the WPK comprehensively reflect the will and demand of the Korean people and clarify the strategy and tactics for victoriously advancing the revolution and construction in conformity with the changing circumstances of the times.
The policy of the WPK is a beacon illuminating the road ahead of the Korean people and a source of inexhaustible strength making them reach the future first. It is thanks to the great Party policy that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea can glorify the annals with victory despite repeated trials and difficulties and the Korean people can dash ahead with the shortcut to building a powerful socialist country.
In the whole course of socialist construction the Korean people have worked devotedly to implement the Party's policy, bearing in mind that it is science and victory.
Thorough implementation, this is literally to carry out thoroughly, prepared for death. It is an unbreakable rule and iron truth of the Korean people to accept the Party's policy as an absolute truth and thoroughly implement it unconditionally without an inch of deflection even at the cost of their lives.
The Korean people's habit of implementing the Party's policy is by no means based on their obligation and does not depend on the conditions and circumstances. It is the habit of implementing the Party's policy of the Korean people to thoroughly implement it without any reason, condition or pretext and carry it out with absolute trust even when the Party undergoes trials.
The Korean people worked miracles in pushing 120 000 tons of steel from the 60 000-ton capacity blooming mill despite such difficult conditions in the postwar reconstruction in the fighting spirit of implementing the Party's policy and in the 1980s they built a gigantic grand monumental edifice in the era of the Workers' Party in the wild sea of 20 ri(8km), astonishing the world. Recently, they completed the streets and structures of socialist civilization at the speed of changing the country day and night and brought about a great victory in turning misfortune into a blessing in the face of the calamaties and disasters.
The Korean people could make a world-startling miracle and leap forward as the fighting spirit of implementing the Party's policies was overflowing all over the country responding to the Party's instructions with "Understood" and ending with the report "Mission accomplished" and fully displayed the might of self-development and science and technology while learning from the style of the typical units upholding the banner of implementing the Party's policies.
The Korean people are the best people in the world who have remained faithful to the cause of the Party, always firmly believing in the Party despite all hardships.
The Korean people's loyalty to the WPK is expressed in accepting the Party's line and policies as absolute truths and carrying them out unconditionally and thoroughly without an inch of deflection.
The Korean people regard it as their revolutionary duty and demand for their life to carry out the Party's policy on the principle of absolute and unconditional nature.
It is the Korean people who have an ideological determination and stand to die before discussing whether or not they can do on the road of implementing the Party's decision and directive, and overcome any ordeals and difficulties.
That is why the respected General Secretary said in his speech at the military parade held to celebrate the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK that our Party always believes in the people who rise up like mountains and overcomes all difficulties by relying on the people when making the country's situation open, adding that they have always been a wise mentor, giving wisdom and wits, boundless strength and courage, devotedly defending and sincerely upholding the Party's plan and line and turning them into a brilliant reality, and that one can hardly think about the 75-year-long glorious history of WPK apart from our great people, omnipotent creators of history.
The respected General Secretary said that the Party always stood by the great people who echoed a great upsurge on Chollima, responded to the grand construction by speeding it up and put the determination of the Party into practice without fail, and that our Party was always strong and could have worked miracles on this land in any circumstances.
As was the case in the past, it still depends on the implementation of the Party's policy whether the DPRK successfully breaks through the difficulties and enters a new highway of development and prosperity. Herein lies the way of accelerating the prosperity of Korea by upholding the Party's plan and decision with practice.
On this land overflowing with the spirit of carrying out the Party's policy, historical terms, such as defending the Party's policies, speed of Masik Pass, Pyongyang Spirit, speed of Pyongyang, Kangwon Province Spirit, spirit of heroic youth of Mt. Paektu, prompt acceptance, prompt implementation, immediate reporting and the first-line trench of implementing the Party's policies were born, further strengthening the faith and will of the Korean people.
As long as there is the wise leadership of the WPK and the faithful and strong people who share ideas, intentions and steps with the Party, no one can block our future.
In the future, too, miracles unknown and unpredictable by the world will be created one after another in Juche Korea where the implementation of the Party's policy is a national trend.
