The leader's revolutionary idea is created, developed and enriched by reflecting the aspirations and demands of the masses and by analyzing and generalizing their strength and rich experience in struggle.
Therefore, success can be achieved only when the revolution and construction are carried out in accordance with the leader's idea and intention.
The WPK is the great Comrades
The revolutionary idea of the leader, which comprehensively reflects the will and demand of the masses, is embodied in the Party's lines and policies and implemented under the leadership of the Party.
The WPK, the vanguard unit of the masses who are united organizationally and ideologically around the leader, is a political organization for realizing the leader's idea and leadership, and the WPK's lines and policies are the just guidelines for the revolution and construction embodying the leader's great revolutionary idea.
Today all the Korean people accept the Party's lines and policies as vital ones and work with devotion to implement them. As the Party's lines and policies are turned into brilliant material beings, people's laughter and happiness grows greater. This reality is thanks to the fact that the Party's lines and policies embody the people-first idea.
As seen above, all the lines and policies put forward by the WPK are the most justifiable guidelines of the revolution embodying the revolutionary idea of the respected General Secretary which comprehensively reflects the demands and will of the popular masses.
Secondly, the WPK's lines and policies are the guiding principles of the revolution that most correctly illuminate the road of the struggle of the masses in each period and at each stage of the revolutionary development.
The party is the political leadership organ which sets forth the strategy and tactics of the revolution and construction and which organizes and guides the struggle for their implementation.
The party, by basing itself on the leader's idea and by embodying the aspirations and demands of the masses, sets forth correct lines and policies that accord with each period and each stage of the revolutionary development, thus ensuring strategic and tactical leadership for the revolution and construction.
The revolutionary cause of the masses, the socialist cause, is an untrodden one to write a new history, smashing all obstructions of the enemies against revolution.
Therefore, the requirements in each period and at each stage of the revolutionary development are not the same, and in order to push ahead with the revolutionary struggle and construction work vigorously, the lines and policies must be put forward accordingly.
The WPK has formulated its lines and policies in conformity with the requirements of the period and each stage of the revolutionary development and indicated the concrete tasks and ways for carrying them out successfully, thus advancing the revolutionary struggle and construction without any twists and turns or deviations.

The living example is anti-epidemic policy and guidelines adopted by the WPK in the prevailing pandemic situation.
The WPK has already pursued an anti-epidemic policy to surely guarantee the people's life and security by predicting the serious consequences to be entailed by the introduction of the virus at the early stage of the world public health crisis.
Thanks to the wise leadership of the WPK, which has made the emergency anti-epidemic work the first priority in state affairs and took preemptive and offensive anti-epidemic measures, the DPRK could maintain a stable anti-epidemic situation for two years and three months even though the novel corona-virus was rapidly spreading in many countries. The WPK has set forth a scientific anti-epidemic policy shortly after the most important emergency incident of the state and taken a series of timely measures to achieve a decisive victory in the anti-epidemic campaign, thus turning the trend of spread of the epidemic disease into a reverse in the shortest possible time.
All these facts clearly prove the validity and vitality of the emergency measures and anti-epidemic policies advanced and enforced by the WPK.
The policy of rural construction newly set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea, aiming at turning all rural villages across the country into rich and cultured socialist ideal villages which we can be proud of in the world like the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm in the near future, is also the most justifiable one that makes it possible to provide the people with more civilized and happy living conditions by overcoming the subjective and objective obstacles and difficulties facing the advance of our revolution.
As you can see, the lines and policies of the WPK are the scientific guidelines which correctly indicate the road of the struggle of the masses by reflecting the people's will and demands and the requirements of the revolutionary development most correctly.
The gigantic struggle for the overall development of socialism in Korea will surely emerge victorious thanks to the lines and policies of the Workers' Party of Korea which illuminate the road of the revolution and construction in the most scientific way and the heroic struggle of all the people responding to them with the death-defying practice.
