Self-Shouldered Burden in Epitome

The brilliant miracles and great changes on this land that we witness today remind our people of Chairman Kim Jong Il who devoted his whole life to the prosperity of our motherland and well-being of our people.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"General Kim Jong Il's was the most brilliant life of a great revolutionary who, upholding the red flag of the revolution, blazed a trail with his iron will and super-human energy, and the most ennobling life of a peerless patriot who devoted his all to his country and his people. His life was literally a burning flame."

Chairman Kim Jong Il sacrificed his entire life to hand the powerful country down to the coming generation, but he left nothing for himself.

The briefcase that is preserved at his train compartment in which he used to do office work shows Chairman's patriotic devotion.

After he passed away, the officials concerned found a briefcase in his train compartment.

The briefcase was full of documents which the Chairman had read all night regardless of his pain while making a long journey for forced march, he always used to say it was a pity that a day was only for 24 hours, and he used to carry the briefcase full of documents with him.

Thus, an anecdote of the daily-growing bag was told among our people with tears.

However, our people did not know that the Chairman kept that briefcase at hand until the end of his revolutionary life.

The officials were deeply moved to see his suitcase, recalling with grief Chairman's devoted service for the country and the people till the last moment of his great life.

Indeed, the Chairman devoted his everything to the country and people, regarding the life for the country and people as the most beautiful one, self-shouldering burdens for the prosperity of the motherland and the happiness of the people.

His briefcase was an epitome of his whole life-a good model which teaches us how to live our lives for the country and people.

So the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un associated the noble patriotism the Chairman kept in his heart with his august name-Kim Jong Il's patriotism and he is arming all the service personnel and people with the Kim Jong Il's patriotism to accelerate the building of a powerful country.

Under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, we will surely build a thriving power envied by the world on this land with Kim Jong Il's patriotism as the driving force.
