The embrace of the Father Bringing Happiness to the People

Today a new Pyongyang speed and construction myth are creating in the construction campaign for the people and the appearance of Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, has been changed day by day.

Seeing it, the Korean people look back upon the tireless devotion of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is making all efforts to bring happiness to the people.

The great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il said:

"In our society nothing is more honourable and worthwhile than to serve the people faithfully and devote one's life to the happiness of the people."

Lingering still in their ears are the words of the respected General Secretary today.

At the plaza of glory reviewing the 75-year-long history of our Party, he said that our people defended the sacred revolutionary cause with their blood and sweat without hesitation in support of our Party for 75 years, declaring that he would defend them unconditionally even at the cost of his life and remain faithful to them, even though he was torn and shattered on the road of defending the heavenly trust of our people.

At the historic 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, he ardently called upon all the representatives to make a fresh leap forward and victory in socialist construction, for our great state and for the great Korean people, firmly united around the Central Committee of the Workers' Party, holding high the banner of great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is devoting himself to the people without a moment's rest to provide them with an affluent and civilized life, saying that it is the firm determination and will of the Workers' Party of Korea to set up the people who invariably believe in and follow only our Party as the happiest people in the world.

He spent the countless nights and followed millions of miles to defend the happiness of the people, the dream and ideal of the people and bring them into bloom.

There are lots of places associated with his love for the people such as the road of the fishing port of the East Sea, where he was walking in cold rain to feed fish to people; the rugged construction sites he visited imagining the day when the people would be laughing happily; the air route, sea route and land route which he took to see the new houses of the people built in the afflicted areas...

In those days many stories of his love for people have come from those sites.

In October Juche 109 (2020) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited afflicted Komdok area and looked around the site of reconstruction, saying that the damage in the area has been more serious than expected, and highly appreciated the labor feats of the servicepersons vigorously consolidating the site of reconstruction. And then he presented the grand plan of turning Komdok area, the largest mineral-producing base in our country into a miner's town, the model of a mountainous town by eliminating centuries-old backwardness of Taehung, Komdok and Ryongyang and building modern dwellings in accordance with demand of new century.

For a moment the officials' hearts rose violently, recalling his words on the day when he visited Unha Scientists Street. Then he said that the great Generalissimos would have been very pleased if they had seen such a wonderful apartment area of scientists, adding that he would make a revolution at the pleasure of pleasing the President and the General and seeing people rejoiced.

That is why the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, imagining the children, servicepersons and the people full of happiness, said ardently that he would make a revolution to feel such pleasure and such value of life when he visited the construction site of Pyongyang Baby Home and the Orphanage, a foodstuff factory of the People's Army, and Mirae Scientists Street and Ryomyong Street, a monumental edifice of the era of the Workers' Party, and Samjiyon City which has been built as a model of mountainous city with modern civilization, and Yangdok Hot Spring Resort.

Indeed, the bosom of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is that of the great father who loves the people most, defends their dreams and ideals and brings them into reality.
