Today, the Korean people are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the publication of Chairman Kim Jong Il's immortal classical work "On the Juche Idea" with significance in the stirring period of waging a dynamic struggle for the overall development of socialism under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

This work which formulates the great Juche idea in a scientific, logical and comprehensive way is a fruition of the Chairman Kim Jong Il's firm faith and will to staunchly defend and glorify the immortal ideological and theoretical exploits of the President Kim Il Sung and also a brilliant achievement of the Chairman's outstanding ideological and theoretical activities.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"He ensured that Kimilsungism shone more brilliantly as an immortal revolutionary ideology with great vitality and eternal life by continuously developing Comrade Kim Il Sung's revolutionary ideas as required by the times and the developing revolution through energetic ideological and theoretical activities."

There is a saying that "Wisdom is the light of a great man".

As we can see from this saying, from the olden times people have first spoken of his ideo-theoretical wisdom when they decide a great man.

In the history, there are a number of great men famous for their ideological and theoretical wisdom, but there is no such great man as the Chairman Kim Jong Il who perfectly formulated the guiding idea of the times with his extraordinary ideological and theoretical wisdom.

The ideo-theoretical wisdom of Chairman Kim Jong Il is the brilliant manifestation of his profound inquiry, creative thinking and outstanding writing ability which is embodied in the logic of resolutions and the important propositions.

The historic cause that can be achieved only by a great man with extraordinary inquiry and high creative thinking ability to grasp the essence of the revolutionary idea and its whole aspect in a comprehensive and theoretical way is the systematizing of the revolutionary idea.

Chairman Kim Jong Il is a genius of ideology and theory and a great philosopher possessed of extraordinary inquiry and creative thinking that no one in the world can follow.

The faculties of inquiry are the ability to delve into the essence and principles inherent in a variety of things and phenomena and rational ways of solving problems, and creative thinking is the ability to discover new truth independently of any stereotypes or formulas. The inquiry and thinking are irretrievably related to understanding and elucidating the essence of things and phenomena and the fundamental principles of the change and development of that motion.

Analytical, exploratory and creative thinking constitute the main characteristics of his ideological and theoretical wisdom.

He made a comprehensive analysis of the ideological and theoretical activities of the President and delved into the truth and originality of the Juche idea which was incomparable with the preceding philosophical ideas with his outstanding creative thinking and formulated the Juche idea as a revolutionary idea equipped with scientific principles and a well-knit framework.

The work comprehensively and profoundly deals with the socio-historical background of the founding of the Juche idea, its philosophical principle, socio-historical principle, guiding principle and its historical significance.

The writing ability of the Chairman is characterized by the logic of the resolution of logically developing the system to set up problems and contents from the system in writing works in conformity with the fundamental principles of the development of things and the law of cognitive development.

In the work he formulated the essential characteristics of man while developing the philosophical principle of the Juche idea and, on this basis, clarified the man-centered view, viewpoint and attitude towards the world.

So we say every chapter and title of the work is full of broad and profound ideas and theories, and at the same time it is a truth and justice which is embodied in the form which everyone can understand easily.
