One day in March, Juche95(2006), the great leader Comrade
Going round the construction site, he said the Samsu Power Plant was well located and well designed, based on the principle of utilitarianism, and expressed his satisfaction with preparation of valuable national wealth of the country
Acquainting himself with the process of the construction, the great General pointed at the houses inside the dam and asked if all those houses would be under water when the dam was completed.
An official said they would be. Then he asked how many households would evacuate their homes and where they would live after evacuation.
The official said that only 1 500 out of 4 900 households had evacuated their homes to share the same dwelling houses in the near village. Then he said that the purpose of his visiting here was not only to see how far the construction had progressed but also to understand the problem of removing households, thus emphasizing that the main point in building the dam was to guarantee the living of households who were to be removed from flooded area.
The great General went to see the construction site of a power plant in person through the fierce snowstorm in fear of slight inconvenience in evacuees' living condition.
Receiving the great General's instructions full of the noble love for the people, the officials were filled with remorse for not paying due concern on the convenience of evacuees' living condition placing ahead the idea of completing the dam as soon as possible.
The great General, looking at the officials filled with remorse, taught earnestly that they should solve the life issues of the residents in a flooded area, keeping in mind that residents' living was more important than producing tens of thousands KW of electricity and continued that it was our Party's policy and mass line to take care of the people's lives.
Looking up to the great General who regarded people's pain as his and took care of them warmly with greater and deeper affection than their real parents', the officials choked down their tears.
After a while, he told them to build modern dwelling houses for residents before removal, emphasizing that the officials had to consider the housing problem of evacuees as an important matter of the utmost urgency and do their best with the correct viewpoint and attitude to the people who form the basis of socialism.
Like this, the great General put the people's interest in the first place and considered it as the matter of the utmost urgency and traveled a long distance in the rough weather to solve it.
Keeping his noble love in their minds Korean people have trusted only the great General even in the hard times and done their best to protect Korean-style socialism regarding it as a real guarantee of their life.
Today the history of General
In September, Juche105(2016), the area near the Tuman River-the northern end of our country had unprecedentedly strongest wind and heaviest rain. Owing to the natural disaster the residents there were left homeless and forced to suffer difficulty.
Emphasizing that people's trouble was more urgent matter than anything else and relieving people's pain was more important than anything else, the respected General Secretary dispatched powerful construction forces that had been mobilized in construction site such as Ryomyong Street and Samjiyon area so that people in the flooded area shouldn't suffer from coming intense cold, thus turning the direction of the main attack of 200-day campaign into reconstruction front in the northern part and took important measures of letting the whole party, the whole army, the entire people concentrate on it.
Thanks to the General Secretary's politics of giving priority to people, paying respect to people, devoting love to people, an epoch-making miracle could be created and the cheers of the Workers' Party of Korea, the cheers of socialism could be echoed in the northern area.
