Thanks to the people-first principle of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who gives the highest priority to the interests and comfort of the people and makes devoted efforts for the good of them, new legends of love are born on this land one after another.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said as follows.

"We should boundlessly respect the people, regard their interests as supreme and take care of them with maternal affection."

In September Juche 102 (2013), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the construction site of the dental hospital, which was nearing completion.

Entering the hospital, he noticed a porch built at the entrance, and stopped to say something reproachfully.

The respected General Secretary said to the officials, who had not yet realized what he meant, that a porch was for the officials coming in their vehicles, and as the dental hospital would be mainly visited by the common people, few of them would come on wheels.

The officials felt a twinge of remorse for not keeping pace with the intentions of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who always gives prior importance to the people.

The respected General Secretary continued that steps would be better at the entrance of a dental hospital, and that generally shopping centers and factories have porches of identical style, which is the very sign of stereotype. He added that the entrance of a shopping center should have a low threshold so that people can freely use barrows, and that entrances should be of various designs depending on what they are for, in the principle of providing convenience to the people.

It was a teaching that the comfort of the people should be the starting point of all thinking and practice and a yardstick in all work of the officials.

Now, under the grand plans of the respected General Secretary to provide our people with maximum material and cultural well-being, 50,000 modern dwelling houses are to be built in Pyongyang, the capital city of our country, which is the most important task for the party and the government. And its construction is under way despite the harshest conditions.

Indeed, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is truly a tender-hearted father who regards the interests and comfort of the people as the starting point of thinking and practice and who works heart and soul, regarding the service and devotion to them not as a suffering or sacrifice, but as the greatest pleasure and happiness.
