Splendid Memory of President Kim Il Sung

Chairman Kim Jong Il said:

"Comrade Kim Il Sung is outstanding not only in his insight and analytical ability, but also in his power of memory."

History has never seen such a great man as President Kim Il Sung with outstanding personality and quality though there have been many other men who could be called as great men.

He was the most outstanding man of all possessed of every possible personality and quality of a great man at the highest level.

That's why the world people have been highly praising him as the greatest man of mankind.

There are many stories which show his greatness including the ones that show his splendid memory. Here is one of the stories.

It was one day, about a month before the V-Day of the Fatherland Liberation War.

The President summoned some officials working in economic sector to Supreme Headquarters and told them that as it was not long before the war would end, postwar reconstruction should be conducted so, they were going to calculate the quantity of bricks that would be needed for it.

It was so unexpecting that the officials couldn't say a word.

He gave them a hint asking how many buildings, the size of Kim Il Sung University, they had to be built every year.

After a while, one of the officials reported that they had to construct approximately 8 buildings taking into account the fact that it had taken almost 2 years to build Kim Il Sung University, which was the best he could think of.

Saying the figures over, the President said that if so, it would take too long for the people to live on the ground and that there were 200 counties in our country, so it was obvious that 200 buildings should be built if they built one in each county. He asked them to calculate the quantity of bricks considering the above fact.

Now it was clear how to calculate. If only the officials had known the quantity of the bricks used in the construction of Kim Il Sung University.

But they didn't remember the number of bricks used in the construction.

Laughing aloud, the President taught them that about 3 million bricks were used to build Kim Il Sung University so 600 million bricks should be produced every year after war.

The officials revered him.

The splendid memory possessed of the President was one of the important secrets which guaranteed scientific accuracy and correctness of his leadership.

President Kim Il Sung was indeed the peerlessly great man born of Heaven with outstanding personality and qualification as his nature.
