Last year, our people opened up a prelude to the enormous change for the overall socialist development set forth by the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The overall socialist development urgently requires the agricultural workers to be prepared into communists armed with the Juche idea and to fulfill their own responsibilities and roles in pushing forward the rural revolution and development of a new era vigorously.
