The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

President Kim Il Sung made a lot of efforts throughout his life to guide officials to serve their people as servants do to their masters.
One day in August 1978, President Kim Il Sung visited Anju County, South Phyongan Province, and looked around the construction sites of Chongchon Bridge and dwelling houses for workers to live in.
Two days later, President Kim Il Sung called the chief secretary of the Anju County Party Committee to learn supplied bicycles were of any help to the commute of the workers in Namhung area.
A few days before, 10 000 bicycles were sent to Anju County to be given as the present to the workers in Namhung area, true to the warm care and love of President Kim Il Sung for workers. On the phone, he asked the chief secretary of the County Party Committee whether the new bicycle repair shops were open around the area or not.
When President Kim Il Sung was told that the chief secretary missed that matter due to busy work, he was not happy and told the chief secretary that the secretary should not have missed that kind of issue. He said that the chief secretary of the county Party committee must always keep in mind that chief secretary's duty was to serve people.
After President Kim Il Sung learned that the chief secretary of the County Party Committee had studied and graduated a factory school while working at a machine factory and started party official's position as an instructor of the Factory Party Committee, he kindly said to him like a father that the chief secretary should be true to the working class and served the people with all of himself. President Kim Il Sung stressed that the Anju County Party Committee should fulfill its function to the maximum as that county had rapidly expanded large-scale factories which made industry take a large proportion of the county's economy against agriculture.
Actually, President Kim Il Sung had been going to talk with him on this two days ago when he visited there, but he couldn't have made it because of time shortage. And that was why he called the chief secretary two days later at night then, telling him to be a true servant to the people.
Another day in September that year, President Kim Il Sung visited Anju County again. Looking around the construction site with some officials, he seriously said to them that officials should put the people's needs and interest first before anything else, and that, to this end, they should frequently visit people's places and learn about them.
It's just a single piece of truth that shows how President Kim Il Sung taught and guided officials to become true servants of the people and devote themselves to people with sincere respect and love for them.
