Benevolent Bosom in which Talents are brought into Full Bloom

Chairman Kim Jong Il said:

"The educational sector must select pupils with remarkable aptitudes and talents and give them systematic education so that they may grow into competent workers for the basic branches of science and other specialized fields."

In May 2023, the International Charity Creation Festival "Children to Children ― 2023" was held in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.

Hundreds of paintings drawn by children from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and other foreign countries were exhibited.

The paintings by the children from the DPRK were sent to the exhibition for the first time. Each painting attracted the attention of the spectators and were highly praised by public figures of all social standings such as city authorities and artists' league, etc. in Krasnoyarsk.

"Marvellous. Paintings created by Korean children are characteristic of their softness and accuracy. They reflected mental state of children full of enthusiasm and fantasy. Even an adult painter would find it difficult to draw such a kind of painting."

"For me this is the first time to see sketches drawn by Korean children for the first time in my life. I am greatly impressed with their artistic aptitudes to show in a piece of painting emotions that are only communicable through language in real life. Spectators could understand the content of each painting by intuition because they were created by juvenile artists who are as skillful as professional artists."

"Appreciating the works by Korean children full of love for their country, I became speechless with ineffable ecstasy. These paintings touched our heartstrings. Every painting is not only unique but also clear in its theme and strong in truthfulness. This festival made me fully understand that in the DPRK the educators are bringing up the children to be versatile talents."

No man is born talented. What brings up talents is none other than excellent education.

The DPRK can be called a country of brilliant talents. This is because they are with a benevolent leader who values talents and brings them into full bloom.

President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il made the DPRK the country of learning where every one can learn to their hearts' content. The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is turning the country into the country of education, talent power where a great number of talents are brought up amid the flames of revolution in education of the new era. They are so benevolent that all the valuable sprouts of talents are discovered, taken care of and brought into full bloom in their bosom. Indeed, in the tender bosom of the peerless great men, Korean children will give fuller play to their talents and the future of the DPRK will be even brighter.
