Construction For The People Continues Even Under The Difficult Conditions

The whole area of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is now covered with huge areas of great construction.

Despite the fact that the ordeals and difficulties unprecedented in the history are blocking the advance, the Workers' Party of Korea has made a great progress in the whole world of great construction without the slightest vacillation.

At this time when the emergency epidemic prevention war is going on, large-scale construction is making successful headway as planned, including the construction of 10,000 flats in the area of Hwasong, Pyongyang City and the construction of the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm in South Hamgyong Province. It is none other than a miracle to consistently push ahead with the large-scale construction even under the current difficult conditions.

What is the strength of this miracle at present when a life-and-death struggle is being waged to defend the security of the country and the wellbeing of the people from the malicious virus?

Nobody could have imagined the Korean people overcame all difficulties to achieve a proud victory last year.

Despite such unfavourable conditions last year Samjiyon City underwent tremendous changes to be great scenery and 10,000 flats were successfully constructed in the area of Songhwa to fully demonstrate invincible spirit of the DPRK only focusing on steady progress. In the area of Komdok the rehabilitation from flood damage was satisfactorily conducted and dwelling houses are being built to form a mountainous town unparalleled in the world. The newly-built apartments in the Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District where new architectural shapes were introduced make us picture the bright future of the country.

This year, too, following the last year, construction for the people continues.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"Construction is a key front in the effort to solidify the foundations of a thriving country and of a happy life for the people."

The area of Hwasong in Pyongyang City is the miniature of the DPRK where a great construction war is going on for the people.

Remarkable buildings being constructed in the area every day are a monument to the feats performed by the Korean people and the service personnel of the Korean People's Army, who are strong in mental strength and faith, and are bravely overcoming all difficulties under the wise leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea.

In the groundbreaking ceremony of 10,000 flats in the area of Hwasong in February Juche 111(2022), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that a socialist amusement street should be built there which would show our people's indomitable strength and creativity, and brim over with people's laughter. His speech was so impressive that all the builders are full of enthusiasm and courage to carry out the construction without fail.

The source of strength that makes it possible to push ahead with the massive construction in the DPRK as scheduled is the steadfast will of the Workers' Party of Korea to surely realize the people's desire at any cost if it is for them.

At the 8th meeting of the Political Bureau of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that even if the present anti-epidemic situation is severe, we cannot stop our advance towards the full development of socialist construction, stressing the need to complete our Party's wishes for the people such as the building of 10,000 flats in the area of Hwasong and the construction of the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm.

His ardent sincerity for the people gave all the builders great strength and they rushed to the construction site in the thought that the great father was with them to prevent the misfortune against the people.

In the construction site of the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm, too, they are working out a new miracle and innovation amid his ardent love to give the Korean people all the happiness in the world.

Thanks to the great efforts made by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who finds the revolution for the people worthwhile and is burning his heart for the happiness of the people, brilliant successes for the people continue to be achieved in the DPRK.

Under the wise guidance of the Workers' Party of Korea regarding the construction for the people as a long-cherished desire and the most important work, despite any bitter hardships, the area of Komdok also changes its appearance every day and every hour.

The flood that had not been anticipated in 2020 caused severe damage to the Tanchon area, North Hamgyong Province. Everything had not yet been completely restored. At that time, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the remote and rugged Komdok area along the perilous canyon railway path and laid out a blueprint for turning the area of Komdok, a large-scale mineral production base of the country, into a national model mountainous city and a mining city after Samjiyon City by shaking off the ceuturies-old backwardness of the areas of Taehung, Komdok and Ryongyang and building modern houses to meet the requirements of the new century.

Now the area of Komdok is vivid with the burning pledge of the builders to bring his noble intention into a brilliant reality as soon as possible.

Indeed, the far-reaching ideal of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to provide the people with all the blessing of socialism as soon as possible is being realized, and all the construction sites in the country are full of great pride of the people who are leading a happy life.

One day the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that he always thinks about what to do for our humble, diligent and revolutionary people, and that construction for the people should continue.

With the firm will to continue construction for the people, he is creating a new history of the transformation and the era of great prosperity in construction.

The construction for the people is progressing as planned, despite the crucial circumstances that can be called the great upheaval since the nation building.

It is not because the country is rich. Neither the conditions nor the environment are favourable. But the Workers' Party of Korea, the mother who spares nothing for the people of this land, holds higher the noble idea of believing in the people as in Heaven even in more difficult conditions. Thanks to the great love of the Party, all the happiness for the people and prosperity for the country are guaranteed and people's ideal is being realized in today's grand construction sites.
