Egg trays reflecting devotion to the people

President Kim Il Sung was a great revolutionary who liberated Korean people who were once deprived of their country and devoted his all to them till the last period of his revolutionary life.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"Comrade Kim Il Sung hardly even rested, even at the advanced age of over 80, as he gave on-site guidance at factories and rural villages. The world knows no such a great revolutionary as our President who, with devotion to the revolution and his people, finished everything he should do by displaying superhuman energy until the last moment of his life when he passed away in his office."

Among the heart-warming facts that the President devoted his whole life to the people was the story that he ensured that egg trays should be invented to guarantee safe transport of eggs.

He opened a new history of poultry farming and indicated the ways for increasing production of meat and eggs. He also paid special attention to the supply of the meat and eggs.

That's why the President set it as his first routine in the early morning to grasp the actual condition of the supply of meat and eggs through daily reports even though he was busy taking care of the overall affairs of the country. He also personally went round commercial networks to learn about the conditions of transported eggs.

At a plenary meeting of the Nampho City Party Committee on March 5th, 1973, the President learned that many eggs were broken while they were transported. Instead of blaming the producers and carriers, he figured out the problem; egg trays should be made with vinyl chloride.

After egg trays were prepared, he took the following measures for safe transport of eggs; trucks for egg transport should be selected, egg boxes for tiering up egg trays should be made of vinyl and be fixed when being loaded onto the trucks and the road should be paved from the poultry farms to the city.

Thanks to the warm love of President Kim Il Sung who prepared the necessary means for egg transport and took concrete measures, the people started to be supplied eggs without any crack.

Like this, the egg tray commonly used in the people's life came into being as fruition of the devotion and speculation of President Kim Il Sung who regarded "The people are my God" as his motto.
