It is because the DRRK maintained and applied the precious tradition unchangingly that it could victoriously pioneer the unique road of building a sovereign and independent state without a single mistake in its line during such a long historical period from its foundation up till now.
The Mt. Paektu, five-point star above it and the beams spreading from the star in the emblem of the DPRK shows that our Republic inherits the revolutionary tradition which was pioneered in the period of anti-Japanese struggle.
